Terms of Service

Dear user, welcome to DeepThink AI (hereinafter referred to as "the APP"). This agreement is a contract between you and the APP administrator (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of the APP and related matters. To protect your rights and interests, please carefully read the entire content of this agreement (especially the bold content) before using our services.

I. Agreement Effectiveness and Modifications

1.1 Agreement Constitution

This agreement consists of the main text, privacy policy, and various rules, statements, and explanations that have been or may be published by the APP. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text. If you have any questions about this agreement, you should contact the APP customer service promptly and obtain answers before deciding whether to use the APP services.

1.2 Agreement Effectiveness

By clicking confirm on the webpage or actually using the APP services, you are deemed to have fully read and understood the entire content of this agreement and agree to be bound by it. At that time, you should not claim the invalidity of this agreement or request its revocation on the grounds that you have not read the agreement content or have not received answers to your inquiries from us.

1.3 Agreement Modifications

Based on operational needs, changes in laws and regulations, and product optimization, we will periodically formulate and modify this agreement and related rules. Modified agreements and rules will be displayed in appropriate locations in the APP without separate notification to users. Once the modified agreements and rules are displayed, they take effect immediately. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, you should immediately stop using the APP services. If you continue to use the APP services, you are deemed to have accepted all modified agreements and rules.

II. User Identity Authentication and Qualification

2.1 Identity Authentication Mechanism

Based on technical and security considerations, the APP uses device unique identifiers for user identity authentication. When you first launch and use the APP, the system will automatically obtain your device's unique identifier and use it as your identity credential. You understand and agree to the APP's use of this identity authentication mechanism.

2.2 User Qualification

Users of the APP services should be natural persons, legal entities, or other organizations with full civil capacity. If you are a minor or a person with limited civil capacity, please read this agreement accompanied by your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms regarding minors. When using the APP services, you are deemed to confirm that you have the subject qualification and can independently bear legal responsibility. If any consequences arise due to your lack of subject qualification, you and your guardian shall bear them independently.

2.3 User Information Protection

During your use of the APP services, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations to protect your user information. Unless we obtain your explicit authorization or laws and regulations have mandatory provisions, we promise not to disclose your personal privacy information to any third party. Please refer to the APP's "Privacy Policy" for specific privacy protection measures.

III. Account Security and Management

3.1 Account Creation

When you first use the APP, the system will automatically create an account based on your device's unique identifier. Each device corresponds to only one account identifier to ensure account security and service experience uniqueness. You understand and agree that the correspondence between device unique identifier and account is the foundation for your normal use of the APP services.

3.2 Account Security

You should properly maintain your mobile device, avoiding device loss, theft, or other security threats. If you discover device loss, theft, or other circumstances that might endanger your account security, you should immediately notify us through the APP's customer service channels or other effective methods to request service suspension. You understand and agree that we need reasonable processing time to act on your request, and we are not responsible for any consequences (including but not limited to any losses) that occur before taking action.

3.3 Account Behavior Responsibility

All operations and behaviors conducted through your APP account will be considered as your personal actions, and you should bear corresponding legal responsibility for them. You understand and agree that if you violate this agreement or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to restrict, freeze, or terminate your account at any time without bearing any responsibility.

IV. Service Content and Usage Standards

4.1 Service Content

The APP provides you with services based on artificial intelligence technology. You understand and agree that due to technical limitations and actual circumstances, we make no commitments regarding service timeliness, security, accuracy, or user satisfaction. You agree to assume the risks and possible consequences of using this service independently.

4.2 Usage Standards

When using the APP services, you should comply with the following basic standards:

  1. Comply with national laws, regulations, and policy requirements;
  2. Observe social morality and respect others' rights;
  3. Do not use this service for any illegal or improper activities;
  4. Do not publish, transmit, or share information containing any of the following content:
    • Content violating national laws, regulations, and policies;
    • Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
    • Content damaging national honor and interests;
    • Content inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
    • Content undermining national religious policies or promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
    • Content spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
    • Content spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes;
    • Content insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon others' legal rights;
    • Content containing false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, privacy-invading, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, or obscene material;
    • Content containing other violations of laws, regulations, policies, public order, social morality, or potentially offensive material.

V. Service Restrictions and Termination

5.1 Service Restrictions

You understand and agree that based on the following reasons, we may suspend, interrupt, or terminate the provision of all or part of the services:

  1. Need to suspend service for system maintenance, upgrades, security checks, or other technical reasons;
  2. Unable to continue providing services due to force majeure factors;
  3. You violate this agreement or relevant laws and regulations;
  4. Requirements from national authorities or legal regulations;
  5. Other situations where we deem it necessary to suspend, interrupt, or terminate services.

5.2 Service Termination

We have the right to terminate services to you at any time under the following circumstances:

  1. The personal information or other information you provide is not true, accurate, or complete;
  2. You violate the usage rules specified in this agreement;
  3. You violate laws, regulations, or policy requirements;
  4. Requirements from laws, regulations, policies, or national authorities;
  5. Other situations where we deem it necessary to terminate services for security, compliance, or other considerations.

  2. All content generated by the APP services is produced by artificial intelligence models, and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or functionality of the generated content. The generated content does not represent our attitudes or views;
  3. You understand that this service is only in the experience and trial stage, and we make no commitments regarding any service availability or reliability.
